Data Deletion
Delete your data.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page describes how, and what happens after.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@frontsail.ai from the email address associated with your FrontSail account, with:
- Subject:
Data Deletion Request - Your organization name (as it appears in your FrontSail account)
- Any specific data categories you want deleted, or "all data"
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
What gets deleted
- Your FrontSail account and organization settings
- All call recordings, transcripts, chat messages, and conversation history
- Customer records and CRM entries you created in FrontSail
- AI assistant configuration and knowledge-base content you provided
- For messaging-platform integrations (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Facebook Messenger): the stored credentials, message content processed on your behalf, and associated conversation history in FrontSail
What stays
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics from which no individual or business can be re-identified
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoices for tax purposes) for the minimum period required by law
- Data held by third-party messaging platforms (e.g., Meta / WhatsApp) under their own data-retention policies — you must contact those platforms directly to delete data they hold independently
